No matter your location, no matter your project scope, we want to help you! This high quality and efficient serve is available at fraction of the cost of a high end designer.

+ what can a virtual designer help me with?

Our virtual designers are able to help you make decisions and give you the confidence boost you need! We are able to help with:

• selecting interior and exterior paint colors
• assisting furniture layout
• advising a contractor where to hang or place something
• helping make selections of items from options (i.e. furniture, rugs, pillows, etc.)
• styling or staging for bookshelves and/or table surfaces
• recommending placement of wall decor and picture frames

+ Can a virtual designer select specific items for me?

On these calls, we focus on concetual design. We can provide inspiration images, but we do not provide speicifc selections or drawings on these calls! We are happy to review options and give input.

+ Will I need to walk the designer through my home?

Once you sign up for your call, you will be sent a link to a form. Fill this out with as much detail as possible, including photos, Pinterest inspiration and video walkthroughs. The more options you present (i.e. of furniture pieces or tile samples you like) to your designer, the more decisions you will be able to make together!

+ does doing design virtually really work?

Yes! Our expert designers have completed hundreds of in person design projects. As a result, they have probably encountered a project similar to yours and are able to share their knowlege with you.

+ Can i meet in person with virtual design?

We do not do any in person meetings. Meeting virtually enables us to serve you quickly and efficiently.

+ What if we do not finish everything on the call?

No worries! If you have more things you would like to discuss, we will send a link for your specific designer to schedule your next call.

+ How much will we accomplish on a call?

We guarentee 3-5 design decisions, but it really depends on your needs and how much information you give your designer. It make take several calls to get all the answers that you need.

+ Is virtual design like e-design?

Unlike e-design, we do not guarantee a fully sourced room by the end of the call. Virtual design is not a sourcing service, but best uitilized for helping with conceptual design!

+ Can i talk with my virtual desinger outside of the call?

There is no communication outside of our call (for example, no texts or calls “just to make sure”). We will not be sharing the designers phone number. If you realize you want more time, we would be happy to help via another scheduled call or a time block. Communication with any other parties (i.e. a contractor) will only be during the time allotted for the call.

+ Will my virtual designer purchase or install items for me?

There is no purchasing, installs or returns. All the items we recommend to purchasing are retail and can be purchased on your own! Installs can be done virtually with the guidance of your designer.

+ What if I don't use the whole time block? Can I get a reimbursement?

Unfortunately, if you do not use the whole time, you cannot use it at a later date.
